A Case Report Discussing an Uncommon Peripheral Exudative Hemorrhagic Chorioretinopathy

Purpose: The purpose of this case report is to discuss an uncommon, unique hemorrhagic chorioretinopathy. Method: A 79-year-old-white female presented clinic with complaints difficulty reading at close distances and seeing faces far in both eyes. An 85-year old white no visual but stated redness the nasal corner her right eye. This a two patients that geographic atrophy macula as well midperipheral RPE alterations eyes, which resembled intraretinal hemorrhages. Results: ocular findings associated peripheral exudative chorioretinopathy may include hemorrhages, mottling, subretinal fluid or exudation, pigment epithelial detachments, and/or vitreous Conclusions: Although condition rare, primary eye care providers should be aware clinical entity, its relationship age-related macular degeneration, when these require referral retinal specialist.
